Dear Madam or Sir:
I send you this letter with a sense of great urgency. We are your people and your constituency. It is time for you to stand up for our beliefs, our wants and our desires as a people united. We at this moment will not be divided. We will not allow anyone or any circumstance to alter our history and destiny. We the people are putting you on notice that we believe. We do not have false hopes. We have high aspirations. We have the ability to change our destiny and realize that the future of our families, nation, and world is in our hands. So it is to this fact and understanding that we grasp hold to the reins of our destiny and push forward into our amazing future with every present thought and action. We have come to far to turn back now. Yes We Can!
Who will stand in our way? We are one people and nation. We are speaking for generations before us and for generations to come. Do you hear our cry? We are here to remind you that you work for us and that you are a servant to the people. Your position as servant of the people is great and important. We know it is not easy but remember this, "to whom much is given much is required." You are required to serve and represent our beliefs, wishes, hopes and needs. We need you to stand up for us now! Have no fear because if you look right behind you you will see us standing firmly behind you. We got your back. Do you represent us or some other agendas?
If you vote against us for your own personal gain then we will remember you when it is time for the next election. You are with us or against us and if you are against us we will remove you like the wind removes a dead leaf from a tree. You will be swept away so that new growth will take your place. We are not your children. We do not need you to decide for us. We have made our own decision. We need you to represent us in this political process. We know right from wrong. We are a nation moving like the current of a raging river carving out a new course into unfamiliar and familiar terrain.
Power to the people! We are the people, one nation under GOD. Yes we can! Liberty and justice right now! We do not have to wait for tomorrow. We will seize the day. If you are not with us then get out of our way. It is a new day. Yes we can! If you are not ready to lead us then we will get new leadership by any means necessary. If we voted you in we can kick you out. Remember, we are the people. Power to the people!
